Raised in a ‘real estate family’ in California, Kristin learned about real estate from her father, the owner of a Residential and Commercial Century 21 real estate office.  From an early age Kristin had a strong desire to learn about all parts of the business and worked both in the Mortgage side handling loan processing as well Real Estate.  Armed with a practical knowledge of the Real Estate industry, she went to UC Berkeley and earned a degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. 

After getting married, Kristin and her husband decided they wanted a more family oriented place to raise their three children and the Triangle met the bill.  Kristin has lived in the Triangle since 1999 and has watched it grow and change. 

Her career has been built upon relationships, the person people seek out to get the job done and someone who understands that those relationships are built with trust and hard work.  Her experience working in a family business, diligence, and conscientious attitude, has led to a successful career as a Financial Controller.  Kristin always has her eyes on the bottom line and wants to pass that expertise on to her clients whether in buying or selling their homes.   She knows that the “Flat Fee Model” with the Deb Team is the best way because she has used it herself to buy and sell several houses.  The most important thing she learned from her Father is the key to being a successful real estate agent is built upon making your client number one!
